Oh, what fun the last 4 months have been, Barnes! What did we ever do without you? 

Out with the old, in with the new

With the anticipation of our 3rd baby, we were motivated to do some renovations on our little beach cottage that has sat relatively untouched since the 40's. We hired a contractor to help us figure out a way to add a dishwasher, move the washer and dryer out of the kitchen and create a third bedroom for the new little one. The rest sort of snow balled from there as home projects sometimes do.
And so it was out with the old and in with the new.  
Well... it was more like: Out with the old..... for like 3 months.
And then it was in with the new.
And we like the new.

Then,  there was the during. That part was hard..
