Ron and I did our own family camp of sorts and took the kids to Palm Springs for a long weekend before school started. It was about 110 degrees in the shade, so about 16 hours of each day were spent in the glorious pools and water slides. We even watched movies in the pool in the evenings! We did take a few bike rides and eat at some fun restaurants, too! We are so grateful for our family. Summers are always busy for Ron and it was such precious time just the 5 of us.
