The girls decided that they would like to participate in Concordia's Talent Show this year. I suddenly had visions of a gyrating dance to a Taylor Swift song... but I should have known that the girls would be interested in something more sophisticated. They came up with the idea to do a poetry reading with their friend, Kylie. Sadie chose a Shel Silverstein poem about being and early bird and Rosie chose a poem about toasting marshmallows and their poetry loving mom couldn't have been prouder. They were poised and ready for their evening in the spoken word.
